Who is SHE?
SHE IS... a daughter, a mother, a wife, a sister, a partner, a friend,
SHE IS... a confidant, a nurturer, a supporter, an encourager, a mentor,
SHE IS...a scientist, a teacher, a work at home mom, a social worker,
SHE IS...talented, fierce, brave, accomplished, ambitious, complex, powerful!
SHE IS YOU!
Far too often we prioritize our jobs, families, and activities ahead of our own well-being; however, if we don’t first invest in ourselves, we cannot be of true value to anyone else. Founded in 2016, SHE IS™ is purposed to support and encourage every woman to make herself a priority. We provide resources to enable her to flourish in every aspect of her life.
The major thrust of SHE IS™ is The SheTreat™ - a place and space where she can step away from the everyday grind to enjoy an uplifting, encouraging and positive experience to REFLECT, REFOCUS and RENEW herself towards becoming a better woman, first for herself, and then her family and her community. Mix in a touch of fun, fellowship, and networking...it's an experience not to be missed!
The latest phase of The SheTreat™ is The Accountability Workshop™, which is designed to support her as she navigates through the "nine dimensions of life" - her Physical, Emotional, Mental, Spiritual, Social, Financial, Environmental, Occupational, and Intellectual lives.
To help her remain focused.
To hold her accountable.
To ensure she realizes her wildest dreams.
Let's Do The Work.
Stay tuned for details about our next event soon!
Every year SHE IS™ chooses an organization that is making a positive impact in the community to support. This year, we are excited to partner with InterAct.
Dedicated to ending the cycle of domestic and sexual violence in Wake County, North Carolina, InterAct saves lives, rebuilds lives, and secures safer futures for victims and survivors and their families.
We donate a portion of the proceeds from every event to the organization and we encourage The SheSquad to do the same! When doing so, cite "SHE IS" in the "In Honor Of" section of the donations page.

K. Davis regarding SHE IS/Project SHE
"...Project She is a breath of fresh air for me. Similarly, I have found myself wearing many hats and trying to be there for everyone, yet neglecting to take care of ME. I look forward to attending an event, bonding with other women and taking time to reflect, refocus, and renew!"
